Wednesdays at the shop now for Women only!

In an effort coinciding with the cyclofemme pledge to encourage more women in the cycling community, starting on 11/28 BikeBBQ will be designating Wednesday nights as open to Women (+LGBT) only. The weekly open shop hours will be staffed by women volunteers and judging by the success of our first shift, Redlands seems to be excited about having a space for Women to teach each other how to maintain and repair their own bicycle without suffering from Mansplaining induced earaches. Come on down and check it out!

We received this photo from a visitor to the Bike BBQ at Market Night:

"I thought you'd like this photo my son took last June.  We loved the no bikes sign. "

We love it too!
